Groundworks package for a new comtemporary house in Goudhurst.
The works here comprised of a bulk reduce excavation to get the site at the level required followed by foundation excavation, drainage, concrete blinding against earth, steel reinforcement, concrete slab pours, stepoc block retaining walls and Gabion baskets. Other works still to complete here are excavation of a swale for rain water storage and further excavation and shaping to form the garden areas of the property.
